As Lead Designer on the Bose Intranet Newsletter rebrand, I spearheaded a collaborative effort to revitalize internal communications and elevate employee engagement. Working alongside the Global Head of Internal Communications, Communication Strategist, Copy Editor, and Digital Marketing Designer, I led the creative vision for a dynamic and visually compelling rebrand.
My process began with a deep understanding of the newsletter's strategic objectives, ultimately driving the decision to name it "Backstage Spotlight." From there, I crafted a distinctive brand identity, meticulously iterating the logo and color palette to ensure adherence to Bose's brand guidelines, compliance regulations, and stakeholder expectations. I then translated this visual language into engaging mockups for both web and mobile formats, incorporating a fresh brand voice and compelling copywriting.
The rebrand was a collaborative success. Through close partnership with digital marketing and web developers, we seamlessly launched a redesigned platform that garnered immediate results. Within weeks, we saw a double-digit increase in readership, followed by a remarkable 30% rise in website visits within the first month. This project exemplified my ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful design solutions that drive positive business outcomes.
